About the Chef

For the past decade, Chef Amy has worked tirelessly to perfect her craft and hone her skills. She obtained an AAS in Culinary Arts at The College of The Bahamas and has since worked in some of the most prestigious fine-dining restaurants in the Bahama islands and cays; these include, the Old Fort Bay Club, Fi'lia at Bahamar and the Lyford Cay Club in Nassau, and Xuma Restaurant in Highbourne Cay, Exuma.

Not afraid of a challenge and ever open to opportunities to improve her skills and her brand, Chef Amy also launched and managed two home-based businesses, Classy Cravings and Keto Express.

Chef Amy enjoys travelling, exploring and going on new adventures. Her love for the ocean is indescribable! Beaching, swimming, diving, boating, kayaking, fishing and jet skiing are top on her list of hobbies. She appreciates a great barbeque or grill and chill and has also developed a newfound love for landscape photography. 

In addition to her degree in culinary arts, Amy is a multi-talented hands-on individual. From baking cakes to fixing cars, she is never afraid to accept a challenge and eager to continue learning and growing.
